Kessler Polo

A made-to-order polo engineered so the collar never wilts by lunch.

The Layer Project Kessler Polo

Most polos betray you by lunch. The collar gives up, the body goes limp, and what started sharp ends the day looking tired. The Kessler is built specifically to refuse that. A proper shirt collar stays upright and defined, a full shoulder yoke keeps the drape clean across the back, and the double-folded hem lies flat whether you tuck it or not.

The fabric is the trick. An 85% Supima and 15% T400 double knit at 200gsm feels substantial in the hand but never stiff, holding its shape through a hectic day without restricting how you move. Here in Dark Navy it reads as quietly formal, the kind of polish that does not announce itself.

What pushes it past clever construction is the intent behind it. Each one is made to order for fit, sold invite-only rather than off a shelf, and backed by a real ten-year warranty against structural failure. It is cotton, so it will crease, and it is no match for real cold on its own. Within those honest limits, it is about as considered as a polo gets.
